Master Electrician – Pioneer Theatre Company

Salt Lake City, UT

Responsibilities include:

  • Implementation of lighting designs by professional freelance designers in a 950-seat professional regional theatre
  • Hiring, management, and education of electrics crew members
  • Maintenance of equipment inventory including conventional fixtures, moving lights, and effects devices
  • Programming and operating lighting consoles for productions •Creating practical effects and special effects for productions
  • Budget management and purchasing for the electrics department
  • Production photography for marketing and archival purposes
  • IT tech support for PTC’s web page and ticketing software
